Created in 1956 by Roger BELLOT initially at Sauveterre-de-Guyenne (Gironde France) and later relocated to Talence (suburbs of Bordeaux Gironde France), the BELLOT company has been designing and manufacturing vinification products for 50 years.
In 1956, BELLOT develops aseptic bung 56, specifically adapted for winemaking vats that are being emptied. In parallel, BELLOT develops a wide range of sealing covers for wine vats. These revolutionary sealing covers are made of PVC and stainless steel, a concept never matched yet. They have had, from the beginning, an aseptic valve in their centre. These light, rigid, practical, and easily cleaned sealing covers are fully adapted for wine maturation in vats. |

In addition to our PVC works, our stainless steel works include a large number of machines that allow us to meet the requirements of our clients:
- Bending hydraulic press 3 metres long,
- Traditional bending machine 2,5 metres long,
- Hydraulic guillotine,
- Profile bender 80 tons,
- 2 hydraulic presses 150 tons,
- Horizontal press,
- TIG / MAG / MIG welding equipment,
- Sandblasting cabin,
- Different finishing tools.
In order to avoid contaminating our tools, our workshops only employ 304L and 316L stainless steel.
Our collaborators are fully qualified and capable of making customised parts to meet our clients needs. |

We control our entire manufacture of PVC materials (aseptic bungs, Bellot sealing covers, PVC tops, aseptic ball cocks) because we make all our products internally. For this, we have two presses of 100 tons each and two ovens whose internal temperature is permanently and finely controlled.
PVC products that we use for our products are made especially for our company by one of the largest European PVC suppliers. The material used is in full compliance with all standards regarding materials that come into contact with food products.
